On The Road to Peace – Theatre Arts Camp
On the Road to Peace: A Summer Theatre Arts Camp sponsored by BroadArts Theatre will be held August 4 – 8, 2008 at Rose City Presbyterian Church. The summer camp provides students ages 7 to 13 the opportunity to explore ideas surrounding the nature and concept of peace. Six professional theatre artists and educators will teach classes including writing, acting, movement, improvisation, clowning, singing and illustration. Camp meets Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., culminating in a celebration performance on Friday, August 8th at 2:30 p.m. Tuition is based on a sliding scale from $50 - $150 for the week.
